The problem
Medical travel is a high-stakes, emotional decision — the site needed to build trust and guide visitors through the process across two languages, not just list services.
The idea
Lead with story and reassurance, walk visitors through how the process works, and make "Begin Your Journey" the clear next step.
What we built
A bilingual (EN/PL) site with journey-focused storytelling across Türkiye and Costa Rica, How It Works and Team sections, and a clear booking pathway.
The result
Visitors get a calm, guided introduction to a big decision instead of a generic services page, in the language they're most comfortable in.
A client experience as considered as the treatment itself.
The problem
Client history, treatment records and aftercare lived in paper files or disconnected notes, making it hard to give clients a consistent, personal experience.
The idea
A single client "passport" that follows them through every visit — history, photos, aftercare and rewards in one place.
What we built
A branded client app with a treatment timeline, before/after photos, aftercare instructions, membership tiers and a salon-side panel for staff.
The result
Clients get a more personal, professional experience, and the salon has one clear record of every client relationship instead of scattered notes.

05Compliance
GDPR Risk Analysis
A records register moved into the risk form, without retyping.
The problem
Data about processing activities lived in one spreadsheet and had to be retyped by hand into several sheets of the risk-analysis form — slow work where a retyping mistake has legal consequences.
The idea
Move the data automatically, without changing the layout, field names or formatting of the official form.
What we built
A web app that transfers the register into the risk-analysis form, guides the user through the parts that cannot be copied over, and helps fill in the register from scratch.
The result
The form is completed without manual copy and paste, and the user works from a link with nothing to install.
